When will my order be shipped?
- US orders should ship within 1-5 business days of being placed from our fulfillment center in Missouri.
- Canadian orders ship within 3-7 business days of being placed from our fulfillment center in Toronto, ON.
* CO2 orders purchased through the Cylinder Loop website ship seperately.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on your location from our warehouse centers, once an order is shipped, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to be delivered.
Where does Aarke ship to?
In the North America we ship to the United States and Canada from our warehouses in Springfield, MO and Toronto.
At this time, the Toronto warehouse only holds Carbonator machines (no kits, no accessories). Due to the high cost to import kits from USA into Canada, our Canadian customers can only purchase the Carbonator machines available in our Toronto warehouse.
Customers based in the lower 48 states USA are able to purchase all product that are in stock on our US website.
All orders shipped within the lower 48 states receive FREE ground shipping when value is $50+. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout based on weight and are ineligble to purchase kits with CO2 cylinders.
Due to the nature of the C02 cylinders, we cannot ship Kits to PO Boxes. Customers looking to purchase kits must ship to street addresses. Please also note that C02 cylinders are non-refundable and are not eligible for returns.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
Due to the nature of the product, at this time we only offer ground shipping for Kits. Kits cannot be express shipped as they contain the gas canisters that cannot be shipped via air.
Customers based in the USA will receive their package from Springfield, MO. Customers based in Canada will receive their package from Toronto.
Please note, due to the process of kit building, your box may come opened/unsealed. Our team adds the Gas Cylinders manually.
My tracking doesn’t seem to be working.
Once you receive your tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for shipping information to populate. For more questions on where your package is, we recommend reaching out to the shipper directly with your tracking information as they will have a better understanding of where your package is.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We guarantee your satisfaction 100%.
To be eligible for credit, items must be in new and resellable condition please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a return request. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of items.
Once the return request is approved, customers will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed from the date we receive your returned items in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.
What’s your return policy?
Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed between 11/15 - 12/24 have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please contact us with your order number or email to start a return.
Standard Return Policy
We offer change of mind returns for all orders. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number in order to place a return.
The product(s) must be in its original packaging - and still in the same new condition as when the product(s) was received. If the return is due to change of mind then we ask that you cover the postage cost.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a refund notification via email.
What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
Should you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, pictures of your packing slip and the product you received. From there, our team will take care of you so you can receive the correct product.

Should you receive the wrong or a damaged product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, pictures of your packing slip and the product you received. From there, our team will take care of you so you can receive the correct product or a replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We kindly ask all customers to double check their shipping information and product information before checking out.
Once an order is placed, we may be unable to change/cancel an order. If you find you have made a mistake with your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and correct information. From there, our team will see if it is possible to update or cancel your order.
I live in Canada, how can I purchase a kit?
At this time, our Toronto warehouse only holds Carbonator machines (no kits, no accessories).

General Shipping Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from Aarke with a link to track your order. Please also check your Spam folder and contact us if you have not received the order within 6-10 days.
Standard delivery is free for orders $200+. Express delivery may be available at extra cost, please check the available options at checkout.
